De introductie van de nieuwe categorie ‘Klantcommunicatie’ binnen het Technologie Accreditatie-schema is een initiatief van het Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Met dit initiatief wil de organisatie kwaliteitsnormen stellen voor de audit van technologie die gebruikt wordt voor klantcommunicatie.
